Indigenous People’s Day: Presentation and Acknowledgment Ceremony

Lumbee Tribe member Kaya Littleturtle will share a traditional presentation and land acknowledgment ceremony in celebration of Indigenous People’s Day. The blessing of the land will consist of:
- Opening remarks,
- Land acknowledgment and history,
- Smudging ceremony,
- Prayer song,
- Traditional dances, and
- Closing remarks
